Short engagements on measurement architecture, multi-agent system design, or marketing infrastructure strategy. We share what we learned building our own. No retainers, fixed scopes.

How it usually goes

Short, scoped, receipt-driven.

We start with a one-hour call to understand what you're trying to measure or ship. If it fits the work we already do, we propose a fixed-scope engagement. If it doesn't fit, we say so and point you elsewhere. No retainers. No "discovery phases" that turn into quarters. Every engagement ends with something you can see running.

For enterprise prospects, we run paid pilots — not free ones. A small fee keeps both sides honest about whether the work is worth continuing.
